Your paypal link for your bounty board is for a hong kong account. paypal annoyingly tells me after I have logged in “Currently PayPal accounts in Hong Kong are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds.” Seems to be a bug seeing as paypals own website says otherwise.
